About these terms

These short terms cover browsing and using constructioncompanywebsites.com. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Who we are

Web Designer Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15002899. Registered office: 119a Flat 2 Uxbridge Road, London W7 3ST. Contact: [email protected].
Web Designer Limited designs websites. We do not carry out building or construction work.

Information on this site

Guides and checklists are general information, not legal, planning, building-regulations, financial or health-and-safety advice. You should not rely on them as the only basis for a decision. Schemes, registers and third-party services change; check the official source before you act.

No reliance on results promises

Nothing on this site is a promise of search rankings, leads, sales or any other result.

Intellectual property

The design, words and original graphics on this site belong to Web Designer Limited or our licensors. You may not copy them for your own commercial site without written permission. Photos are credited on each image and remain under their own licences (including Pexels where used).

Ordered website work

If you order a website, a separate written agreement applies, which we send you with your quote. That agreement covers price, stages, cancellation, ownership of files and Care Plans. Consumers keep the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where it applies; that sits in the contract terms. Business clients are on business terms as set out in that agreement.

Liability

We take care to keep this site available and accurate, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for indirect loss, arising from use of this site’s guides. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
